Andrew Harris primarily handles financial litigation and FINRA regulatory compliance matters on behalf broker-dealers, financial advisors and investors. Most of the litigation matters Andrew handles are FINRA arbitrations, but also include state and federal court actions.
Andrew also assists entrepreneurs and small businesses with their corporate legal needs, such as entity formation, and drafting and negotiation of contracts.
He received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2005 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. He is a member of the Oregon and Illinois Bars.
