Andrew Harris primarily handles matters in MZC’s growing transactional practice. His emphasis is on assisting entrepreneurs and emerging companies with their legal needs, such as entity formation, drafting/negotiation of contracts, and acquiring and licensing intellectual property.
He received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2005, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000. He is a member of the Oregon and Illinois Bars.
