Mark Ozzello joined the firm as “of counsel” in June, 2015. Mr. Ozzello, formerly a partner at Arias Ozzello & Gignac, LLP, has over 25 years of experience in class action and complex litigation. His areas of practice include product liability, employment and business litigation, always with an emphasis on complex matters. He has been a member of the Board of Governors for the Consumer Attorneys of California since 2012, and has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” and top attorney in Southern California since 2010. He has received favorable published opinions from the California Courts of Appeal including: Laliberte v. Pacific Merchantile Bank, 148 Cal. App. 4th 1; Ghazarian v. Diva Limosine, Ltd., 160 Cal. App. 4th 1524; and Gomez v. Lincare, Inc., 173 Cal. App. 4th 508 (2009) Mr. Ozzello has consistently, and successfully briefed and argued appellate cases throughout the United States.

Published Work and Lecture:

In law school, Mr. Ozzello was an Editor of the Pepperdine University School of Law, Law Review. While Editor, he published two articles: Enjoining Politically Motivated Strikes in Federal Court, The Jacksonville Bulk, Terminals Case, 10 Pepperdine L. Rev. 489 (1983); and, The California Supreme Court Survey: A Review of Decision, 10 Pepperdine L. Rev. 835 (1983),

Mr. Ozzello has presented at the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles annual convention [The Consumer Legal Remedies Act]; at the Consumer Attorneys of California state convention [class actions]. He has also participated on panels presenting issues of Class Actions and Prevailing Wage.
