Business.gov: Big Government Helps Small Business

One of the reasons I write this blog is to help small businesses, as well as myself, stay up to date about helpful free resources on-line.  Like any group of sites, there are the good ones and then there are the ones that are hardly worth more than a few clicks followed by a quick exit. To the good ones, I’ll add business.gov, the US government’s official site to help small businesses

understand their legal requirements, and locate government services supporting the nation’s small business community.

The site is comprehensive in its content, but also easy to read and navigate.  Who knew the US government could be so helpful?  The only downside is the strange photo on the home page.  That guy on the right, is his head missing?  And why photograph the inside of a mall?

Anyway, the site is worth visiting.  I’m going to add it to the list of other helpful sites, like the free legal research sites that I posted about here.

Know of other helpful sites for small businesses?
