Daria Dub Carlson
specializes in the law of employment, with a primary focus in representing
employers, the defense of claims for sexual harassment, wrongful termination,
gender, race, age and disability discrimination, unpaid wages and overtime,
commission disputes, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and
unfair competition. She has conducted
trials in state courts and before the California Labor Commissioner, and has
conducted arbitrations in various forums, including the Screen Actors
Guild. Ms. Carlson also provides general
advice regarding employment related risk management.
Ms. Carlson received her Juris Doctor degree from
Pepperdine University School of Law, which she attended on a full academic scholarship.
She received her undergraduate degree, magna
cum laude, in Honors Philosophy and also received a degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She was the
recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
She is licensed to practice in California and Pennsylvania.
