Before the hearing on class certification, the case settled for $1,680,000.

Before the hearing on class certification, the case settled for $7,900,000.

Along with other law firms, represented a class of financial advisors in a wage and hour class action lawsuit against a broker-dealer in which the class sought damages based on the defendant’s failure to reimburse the class for costs and expenses incurred by them while working for the defendant, and for overtime that was never paid. Before the hearing on class certification, the case settled for $5,500,000.

Along with other law firms, represented a class of financial advisors in a wage and hour class action lawsuit against a broker-dealer in which the class sought damages based on the defendant’s failure to reimburse the class for costs and expenses incurred by them while working for the defendant, and for overtime that was never paid. Before the hearing on class certification, the case settled for $18,000,000.

Represented a class of consumers in a lawsuit filed under the FCRA for statutory damages stemming from a defendant’s failure to make a “firm offer” of credit. Before the hearing on class certification, the case was resolved resulting in a non-cash settlement.

Represented a certified class of tortilla delivery drivers against an employer for wage and hour violations. We obtained a multi-million dollar settlement just prior to trial.

Represented regional broker-dealer firms in class actions arising out of failure of private placements. We have represented small broker-dealer firms in numerous class actions arising from the failure of a single investment product, usually a private placement.
