David Wakukawa works in the firm’s San Francisco office, representing clients in litigation and arbitration. At the New York University School of Law, he was a Robert McKay Scholar and an Associate Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. David graduated with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University, where his thesis won an award in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. Prior to joining Markun Zusman Compton, David served as an attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union Immigrants’ Rights Project, and clerked for Judge (now Justice) Sabrina McKenna in Honolulu. David is a member of the California bar.
