Kevin Eng primarily practices in financial services litigation and complex litigation. His experience includes securities litigation involving customer complaints against broker-dealers and investment advisors in state and federal courts, and various arbitration forums. He has also handled numerous class actions involving unfair competition, securities fraud, privacy rights, employment, and antitrust claims. Kevin has also counseled clients on a variety of subjects, among them intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and partnership dissolution. He also maintains an appellate practice, having litigated several matters in the appellate courts, at both the state and federal levels.

Kevin received his law degree from Boston University School of Law, where he was a contributing author and Managing Editor of the Boston University Journal of Science & Technology Law. He received a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies, magna cum laude, from Boston University. Kevin is a member of the California Bar.
