Oriet Cohen-Supple specializes in complex business, IP, and employment litigation in state and federal courts with emphasis on breach of contract disputes in a variety of commercial settings, business torts, employee mobility cases, business and consumer fraud, securities fraud arbitration, unfair business practice claims brought under California Business and Professions Code Sections 17200 and 16600, employment disputes, legal and professional malpractice claims, insurance bad faith claims, creditors’ rights, receiverships, pre-judgment remedies, and collection on judgments. Oriet also litigates misappropriation of trade secrets and copyright infringement claims involving a wide range of technologies. The trade secrets cases involve trade secrets both of a technical nature (such as computer programs), and of a non-technical nature (such as business, marketing and financial information and customer lists).

Fluent in Hebrew, Oriet practiced in Israel before relocating to California. In Israel, she handled business and real estate transactions, litigating copyright infringement cases, and negotiated a variety of contracts for clients in the entertainment and sport industries representing studios, video and film distributors, actors, film producers, and professional athletes.

Oriet received her law degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Bar Illan University Ramat Gan, Israel. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2000 and to Israeli Bar in 1986.
