Amir Tadjedin’s practice focuses on defending broker dealers and
investment professionals in securities litigation,
including broker-dealer arbitrations and regulatory
inquiries. Mr.
Tadjedin’s professional background includes NASD
Regulation and the Office of Corporate Counsel of
Charles Schwab & Co., where he represented the
company in a number of NASD arbitrations and regulatory
matters as well as matters involving the
misappropriation of trade secrets. Mr. Tadjedin received his law degree from Catholic University
in 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington
University in 1993.
Mr. Tadjedin is a member of the California Bar.
