Tad McMahon joined the firm as an associate attorney in November of 2021. His primary focus involves business, commercial, and general civil litigation. Tad earned a JD from Whittier Law School and graduated on the Dean’s List/ Honor Roll. Prior to law school, Tad earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a minor in Philosophy. Before joining the firm, Tad specialized in real property litigation, primarily defending mortgage loan servicers and financial institutions throughout California. He has years of experience in both state and federal courts concerning a broad range of civil matters and has presented oral arguments in the Court of Appeal as well as the Appellate Division of the Superior Court.
