Catherine Sommer joined our Los Angeles office as an associate attorney in February 2023. Her practice focuses on commercial and securities litigation.

Before joining our firm, Catherine spent nearly two decades as a civil litigator within an expansive number of business-related litigation and non-profit practice areas. Catherine’s business-related practice areas included securities, commercial; complex commercial, business, international business, lemon law and bankruptcy.  Catherine’s non-profit litigation and non-legal practice/work areas included Lanterman Act Fair Hearings, family law and homeless services.

Over the years, Catherine has donated thousands of hours as a volunteer assisting domestic violence survivors in obtaining restraining orders, and with other family law-related matters.
