Amanda Millea is an associate in our Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and general liability matters and representing clients in corporate formation, employment, trade secret and general business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda also handled landlord/ tenant cases, cannabis law, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as copyright infringement claims. She also has experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating corporate and proprietary documents and commercial agreements. Amanda is a New York and California civil litigator who has practiced in a multitude of state, federal and appellate courts as well as before administrative and regulatory agencies
