Michael Diamant joined MZC’s Los Angeles office as an associate attorney in April 2025. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on securities law, financial services, and the defense of investment advisory firms.

Prior to joining MZC, Michael was an associate at a boutique entertainment law firm, where he advised clients on transactional matters in the film and television industry. He also has experience litigating landlord-tenant and premises liability disputes.

Michael earned his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law in 2016 and received his B.A. from Davidson College in 2013. He is admitted to practice in California.
