Mitchell Hefter joined MZC’s Los Angeles office as an associate attorney in July 2023. His practice focuses on securities, financial services, and commercial litigation/arbitration. Mitch earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. from UC-Berkeley, where he was a scholarship athlete on the men’s swimming team.

Before joining MZC, Mitch handled cased involving ERISA claims, as well as insurance bad faith matters concerning long-term disability, long-term care, health, life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance policies. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts throughout California.
