Steven Goldberg is a litigation partner in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices of the firm. Steven is well known for his experience in “business divorce” litigation involving intra-corporate disputes, and also has extensive experience in health care, business tort, employment, whistleblower, civil rights, entertainment, real estate, securities, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.

Steven represents healthcare providers and surgery centers in litigation against insurance carriers. He also represents university professors in employment, whistleblower and civil rights litigation. Steven represents parties in securities arbitration and has represented numerous professional athletes and entertainers in such matters. In a related area, Steven has represented individuals and companies in securities fraud litigation and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations.
