Steven Goldberg is a litigation partner in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices of the firm.

Steven is well known for his experience in “business divorce” litigation involving intra-corporate disputes, and also has extensive experience in entertainment, real estate, securities, business tort, health care, employment, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation, as well as copyright and trademark infringement litigation.

Steven routinely represents parties in securities arbitrations and banks in loan participation litigation regarding troubled real estate projects. He has represented numerous professional athletes and entertainers in such litigation.

In a related area, Steven has represented individuals and companies in securities fraud litigation and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations.
